More Project NewsHeritage High School in Palm Bay, Florida, the newest AEI school project in the Brevard County School System, opened for the 2009 – 2010 school year on August 10th, 2009. This $80 million school features an enhanced hurricane protection area (EHPA) in addition to regular school amenities. |

During our 11 years, we have helped raise close to $225,000 in scholarships and endowments. These two hotels combine to provide 281 units on an 8-acre site in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Prior to the development, the City required and extensive tree survey on this heavily wooded site, in order to provide a tree protection plan. The site design incorporated as much of the existing vegitation as the project would allow. A majority of the stormwater management for these two hotels was provided in the natural landscaped areas. However, the system was supplemented with on-site exfiltration.
