More Project NewsHeritage High School in Palm Bay, Florida, the newest AEI school project in the Brevard County School System, opened for the 2009 – 2010 school year on August 10th, 2009. This $80 million school features an enhanced hurricane protection area (EHPA) in addition to regular school amenities. |

During our 11 years, we have helped raise close to $225,000 in scholarships and endowments. ISLAND POINTE CONDO & MARINA
Allen Engineering, Inc. provided services for both phases of this 185 unit, multi-family residential development located on 8.94 acres with a marina on the Indian River in Merritt Island, Florida. The first phase included three residential buildings and a club house. The second phase included a fourth residential building and reconstruction of a County street to modern standards. With the site abutting the river, shoreline protection and stormwater management were key components of the site engineering. Also, due to the proximity of a local airport, it was necessary to obtain clearance from the FAA for use of a tower crane during construction.
