More Project NewsHeritage High School in Palm Bay, Florida, the newest AEI school project in the Brevard County School System, opened for the 2009 – 2010 school year on August 10th, 2009. This $80 million school features an enhanced hurricane protection area (EHPA) in addition to regular school amenities. |
AEI NewsAllen Engineering is beginning its 11th year associated with the Space Coast Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). During our 11 years, we have helped raise close to $225,000 in scholarships and endowments. We are extremely proud to be associated with SAME and its continued commitment to offer opportunities for students pursuing careers in the engineering field. |

SHOPPING CENTERS
Allen Engineering has provided surveying and engineering services for various shopping centers throughout Brevard, Duval and Volusia Counties, Florida. A few of these include the Banana River Square in Cocoa Beach, Ocean Springs Plaza in Melbourne, Market Place in Orange City and two shopping centers in Jacksonville. AEI has also provided site development plans for eight (8) Food Lion projects in Brevard and Orange Counties. Most of the shopping centers include at least one major chain and typically have multiple outparcels. Allen Engineering has also provided site engineering and surveying for numerous stand alone commercial projects, including Walgreens and Eckerd Drugs (now CVS).
