More Project NewsHeritage High School in Palm Bay, Florida, the newest AEI school project in the Brevard County School System, opened for the 2009 – 2010 school year on August 10th, 2009. This $80 million school features an enhanced hurricane protection area (EHPA) in addition to regular school amenities. |
AEI NewsAllen Engineering is beginning its 11th year associated with the Space Coast Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). During our 11 years, we have helped raise close to $225,000 in scholarships and endowments. SUNTREE NORTH COMMUNITY
In February 1993, Suntree Partners purchased 465 acres adjacent to the Suntree Community Brevard County, Florida, in what was to become Suntree North. This development contains over 900 single and multi-family units, as well as a shopping center with outparcel restaurants. This tract was very environmentally sensitive and contained over 135 acres of wetlands. Our Company was able to develop this project with less than 12 acres of wetland impacts.
