WETLAND DELINEATION SURVEYS
As time goes on and more projects are developed, the quality of the existing tracts of land decreases and more wetlands prevail. This is true especially on land that is adjacent to natural lakes or rivers. Allen Engineering, Inc. has been working on these wetland tracts for many years and has developed the ability to locate and mark the wetland jurisdictional lines, negotiate these lines with the ACOE and the Water Management Districts and provide a final survey of their location. This kind of jurisdiction location and surveying has been used on many recent projects including the 40,000 acre Viera tract, the 14, 000 acre Duda tract, the 1,800 acre Poinsett Lake Development, and the 322 acre Riverview Terrace tract. |
